Meet Jocelyn

Jocelyn Marquez is assistant to Roxanne Gibbs, who notes the fantastic energy that Jocelyn brings to the r Homes Group team. Jocelyn graduated from the University of Hawaii in 1996 and first got her real estate license in 2002 in Hawaii. Jocelyn moved to Guam in 2006 and became part-owner of a real estate company and a licensed broker. In Guam, she was a part of over $70 million in sales and over 200 real estate transactions, while also helping manage over 200 rental units. In 2010, Jocelyn earned a Realtors® Choice Award after being voted on by her clients. She is still a part-owner of a real estate company in Guam.

 

Jocelyn is originally from Honolulu but has lived in Sutter Creek, California, since 2012. She loves working with people from all backgrounds, including first-time homebuyers, retirees, and military personnel. She enjoys solving problems to make transactions come together as a win-win for all parties involved. No matter the client, Jocelyn leverages her supportive, caring nature and top-notch organizational skills to thoughtfully manage the details without ever losing sight of the big picture.

 

Within her small community, Jocelyn is quick to help elderly neighbors in need of care and to advise family members who need direction to match their particular situation. In her free time, she enjoys journaling, reading her Bible, and passion planning. She also likes cooking Hawaiian food, strolling around her neighborhood, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
