Meet Roxanne

After launching her real estate career in Southern California in 2004, Roxanne Gibbs has long since returned to her roots in Amador County to grow her business here. With over 200 transactions behind her, Roxanne is well-versed in both the residential and commercial sides of the industry, and her clients benefit from her creativity as much as her real estate knowledge. Originally from Chico, Roxanne was drawn to real estate through her love of homes. She serves an experienced clientele, specializing in move-up buyers and luxury property seekers and sellers. Complementing her savvy buying and selling strategies is her eye for design and staging, a skill she honed as a co-owner of a decorating and design business. Her visual talents enable her to cleverly market properties using modern and traditional methods.

Roxanne’s most recent love is her newfound 12-acre ranchette home — complete with chickens! — that she’s looking forward to remodeling.
